Nestled in nature and located near the heart of Winter Park, Headwaters Event Center’s Indoor and Outdoor Event Venues will be available to rent separately or together to accommodate small intimate parties, large groups, and everything in between.

You have plenty of opportunities to host your event inside our venues. Within a reclaimed Civil War Era timber barn, the 4,400 square foot Indoor Event Venue can hold a range of events from seated dinners to corporate meetings. For those planning more casual events, yet desiring blue skies and fresh mountain air, the 5,600 square foot Outdoor Event Venue creates more options. For both venues, a spacious outdoor terrace provides more room to accommodate your event. You can rent any combination of venues.

In addition, your caterer may rent a professional kitchen where they may prepare, cook, and warm food for your event. Fully equipped, our kitchen can accommodate anything from light appetizer trays to a complete banquet menu.
